Medicine Temperature-control and Quality Information

A medicine's storage and transport conditions come from its approved labelling, not from a template. This page explains how we build the temperature plan for each product and route, and the records we keep.

01

Start with Product Requirements

The same generic name can carry different storage instructions across national versions, dosage forms or packs. We confirm against the label, package insert and manufacturer documents — no fixed default zones.

02

Review the Supplier and Actual Route

The plan is built against the real route: supplier standing, batch provenance, packaging configuration, transit time, hand-off points and monitoring, checked one by one.

03

Temperature and Quality Management

In execution we set quality checkpoints at receiving, storage and hand-over, keep temperature logs with each batch, and handle deviations by procedure.

04

Documented Controls and Exceptions

The temperature plan goes on paper: who is responsible, how it is monitored, where hand-offs happen and what to do when something goes wrong — in writing.
