FAQ
Frequently asked questions
- What does a brand need to prepare to list in your storefronts?
- Product credentials (registration or marketing authorisation in the country of origin, test reports), proof of brand supply, product images and leaflets, and a price and supply plan. We run a category compliance assessment first, then discuss listing.
- Which categories cannot be listed?
- Narcotic drugs, pharmaceutical precursor chemicals, other medicines that regulations bar from online sale, and categories the platforms prohibit cannot be listed. Prescription and other medicines and health products are checked item by item: products on the cross-border e-commerce retail import list can use that channel; medicines outside the list can only be direct-mailed from Hong Kong as personal-use items, parcel by parcel, with no bonded-warehouse stocking.
- Who handles customer service and after-sales once listed?
- Our own team runs day-to-day store operations, customer service and after-sales; the brand provides product training and support on specialist questions.
- How is reporting reconciled?
- Sales, stock and fee reports are provided at the agreed interval; the platform's back-end data is the reference.
- How long does listing take?
- Once the category assessment is passed and documents are complete, listing follows the platform's review cycle. Platform review times are outside our control, so we make no turnaround commitment.
