Frequently asked questions
- Which national versions can you source?
- Our main source markets are the United States, EU member states, Türkiye, India and the UAE, plus licensed suppliers in Hong Kong. Whether a product can be found depends on the exact item, the target market version and the supplier's export licensing: we first match product name, dosage form, strength and target version, then canvass suppliers case by case.
- How long from enquiry to quotation?
- For routine products with a complete brief (name, form, strength, quantity, purpose, destination) we return a feasibility view and a written quotation as quickly as we can. Specialty or cold-chain items, or products that need documents verified with overseas suppliers, are timed per enquiry. We do not publish a blanket turnaround commitment.
- Can I buy a single batch?
- Yes. Sourcing and re-export are assessed order by order with no fixed minimum; minimum quantities and pack sizes follow the supplier and the batch, and are stated on the quotation.
- How are cold-chain medicines handled?
- The transport plan follows the product label: refrigerated items move under 2–8°C temperature control throughout, are stored in zoned areas under GDP principles on arrival, and temperature records are kept per batch and supplied with the shipment on request.
- Does a Hong Kong licence mean the product can enter mainland China?
- No. The Hong Kong wholesale licence covers the Hong Kong side only. Mainland entry depends on the product's mainland registration status and the buyer's qualifications, with import clearance handled by a licensed mainland importer. We handle Hong Kong-side licensing, documentation and cold-chain hand-over, and support the mainland importer's port requirements.
