FAQ
Frequently asked questions
- Who can buy from you?
- Licensed institutions: registered pharmacies, hospitals and clinics, licensed wholesale dealers, and overseas institutions holding import qualifications. Prescription medicines are supplied only to institutions legally qualified to receive them; the wholesale business does not sell to individuals, who should buy through our official platform storefronts.
- Is there a minimum order?
- There is no blanket minimum. Routine products are supplied by full pack or full case; the quotation states the specifics.
- How is shelf life managed?
- Each dispatch states batch numbers and remaining shelf life, and batches can be selected to your requirement. Stock is managed first-expiry-first-out by batch, and short-dated batches are flagged in advance.
- How do dealer-to-dealer transfers work?
- Licensed wholesale dealers can transfer stock by batch. Send your licence details and requirement list; we confirm availability, quote, and issue batch-level documentation.
- How are temperature-controlled products delivered?
- Refrigerated items are delivered in temperature-controlled packaging or by cold-chain transport with temperature records. Receiving conditions and time windows are confirmed with the recipient before dispatch.
