Cold Chain and Warehousing
The cold-storage area runs under the WDL cold-storage clause: temperature-controlled cabinets, separate zoning, and temperature logs kept with each batch. The warehouse splits receiving, storage, dispatch and quarantine, each with its own flow.

The Quality System
Daily work follows GDP/GSP requirements: suppliers vetted before use, batches and expiry logged one by one, storage temperatures recorded throughout, deviations handled by procedure, complaints and recalls owned by named staff.
